Doorknob Portland Feedback  Prize Rules and Disclaimer

Prizes: 

Each of the following prizes will be awarded once a month at each Jiffy Lube Location owned by Doorknob Enterprises, LLC (“Doorknob”).  There are 12 stores in the Portland, Vancouver Area. 

One (1) $100 VISA Gift Card
One (1) $50 VISA Gift Card
One (1) Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change at any Doorknob owned Jiffy Lube Location.  See web-site for locations.

Prizes will be awarded starting on Monday, September 1st and will be randomly selected from the previous month’s survey entries from each Doorknob owned Jiffy Lube location.

Eligibility:

Jiffy Lube Feedback promotion is open to all Oregon and SW Washington Residents, 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Doorknob, Jiffy Lube International, Inc., or its franchisees/joint venture partners, Shell Oil Company, Pennzoil-Quaker State, Inc. their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win.  One entry per invoice, persons are not eligible to win more than one prize in a calendar year.  No Purchase is necessary to win. 

Doorknob has the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion at anytime with-out notice.

This offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
